When will I receive my order?

Orders will be shipped 1-2 weeks AFTER payment has successfully transferred. This is to eliminate any payment problems and ensure cards have been accepted. Thank you for your understanding and patience.

Do you charge sales tax on your items?

No, all items only charge shipping!

What is your return/exchange policy? 

Due to every item being made-to-order we do not accept returns or exchanges. We are sorry for the inconvenience. Please contact us at erixaart@gmail.com regarding any questions or concerns! We would love to help!

What if I received the wrong item? 

Contact us immediately! We promise this won't be a hassle. Just tell us what item you received and we will take care of the rest! 

Will I receive a tracking number after I place my order?

Yes, you will receive a tracking number on EVERY order, no extra charge! We get excited about new items arriving as well :)

Do your clothing sizes run big or small? 

Neither, all clothing items are the sizes they are stated as. Most items are preshrunk so no need to worry about getting a larger size! With unisex sizes, you may experience more room for it to be "bigger" or "smaller" however if you would like to contact us and see what size we would recommend for your preference, we would love to help! Do you print custom T-shirts for other people/ brands?

No, we are not a T-shirt printing business.

What if I would like a portrait painted?

In respect to the artist, at this time, we will not be accepting any requests to paint photos of people until more experience is gained in that realm of work.
